CAMPING
Ready for the day’s adventures but wondering where you'll rest your tired body? You can camp up to three nights on the rustic Outpost group campground. The campground features a bathhouse, trash facilities, and limited picnic tables and fire rings. Most areas are out in the ground, not individual campsites. There are no water/electricity hookups. Although rustic, the campground is very acceptable for the avid camper. Check in at the Outpost is from 3:00-7:00 PM on Sunday through Thursday. You will need to provide your own camping gear.
CABINS
For the “Non-Camper” there are beautiful, air-conditioned cabins neighboring the Outpost at Welcome Valley Village. Their riverside log cabin rental retreat is located on 17 private acres nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Their log cabin rental village combines the seclusion of a rustic woodland retreat with the luxury of well appointed and beautifully furnished log cabins. Perfect for anyone who would enjoy soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors from the comfort of their own enchanting cabin by the river. The Village offers nightly accommodations in four houghtfully-placed log cabins, each with its own unique floor plan, furnishings, and character. All cabins view either the river, creek, or native woods. All cabins are of log construction and have generous porches, beautiful furnishings, ceiling fans, central heat and air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens, charcoal grills, TV/VCR’s, linens, and towels. All cabins feature wood-burning fireplaces, jacuzzis, or both. Due to availability at time of booking we recommend you book early.
BUNKHOUSES
For large groups we suggest our bunkhouses. Each bunkhouse is rustic, but air-conditioned and comes equipped with a grill, refrigerator, dining tables, full baths, and wings to separate males and females. Bed linens and towels are not provided in bunkhouses, so please bring your own necessities. There are three bunkhouses that accommodate up to 32 guests and one that accommodates up to 16 guests. Book Early.
